Starting anything new can feel awkward. That’s why I’ve created a space where you can ease into Pilates – with guidance, good humour, and no pressure to ‘perform’.
Our Semi-private sessions are small group Pilates sessions with a maximum of 4 people, so you still get lots of personal attention. Everyone works on their own tailored program, based on their goals, injuries, movement patterns, and even their mood on the day! — it’s not a follow-the-leader class. I’m right there to guide you, adjust your form, and make sure you’re progressing at the right pace for your body.
It’s a great option if you want the benefits of personalised Pilates at a more affordable price than one-on-one sessions, plus you get the added bonus of a supportive, friendly vibe from working alongside others.
And yes, there might be some laughter between sets, or someone complaining that I gave them oblique exercises... It’s all part of the joy.
