Hey there, I'm Erica!

Like many of you, I spent years on a quest, exploring all sorts of exercise methods, desperately searching for that perfect fit. Yoga, Body Pump, Bootcamp, even Martial Arts—I gave them all a whirl. But let me tell you, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't shake that nagging feeling that something was missing. Can you relate?

 

I was constantly second-guessing myself, wondering if I was nailing those moves and struggling to find that core strength I craved. But then, I stumbled upon the magic of Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness, and BOOM! It was like the stars aligned! Finally, everything fell into place, and it was like I found the missing puzzle piece to my fitness journey.

 

And now, I am on a mission! A mission to share the incredible, life-changing power of Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness with ALL of you. It's not just about getting that picture-perfect posture, rocking those pelvic floor and core muscles, and showing off your newfound flexibility (although that's pretty darn awesome too!).
