Welcome to a Pilates experience like no other.

At Reflexions Holistic Wellness, Pilates isn’t about keeping up – it’s about coming home to your body. Here, movement becomes a way to build strength, relieve tension, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supportive space.

Whether you're navigating change, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more balanced, you’ll find an approach that honours your body and meets you where you are.
Why Reflexions Pilates is Different
I don’t run high-intensity, one-size-fits-all classes. Instead, I offer Private and Semi-Private sessions (maximum of 4 clients), allowing for personal attention, trust, and real progress.

My teaching integrates:
-
Classical Pilates principles
-
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) for breath, core, and pelvic health
-
Somatic practices to cultivate body awareness
-
Therapeutic movement to support functional strength and pain-free living

Each session is tailored to your individual posture, lifestyle, and goals.

Who It’s For

These sessions are ideal if you:

✔ Prefer an intimate, calm setting over a loud studio

✔ Want personalised support from an experienced instructor

✔ Are dealing with pain, tension, pelvic floor concerns or hypermobility

✔ Want to age well, move with ease, and feel strong from the inside out

✔ Are ready to deepen your connection with your body

I have a special interest in supporting people with hypermobility – as someone who is hypermobile myself, I understand the unique challenges and strengths it brings.
You’ll be guided gently to build control, awareness, and stability without overstretching.
No experience needed – just an open mind and a willingness to begin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all. Pilates meets you where you are – and builds from there. You’ll gain mobility, strength, and balance safely and progressively.

What’s the difference between Private and Semi-Private?
Private sessions are 1:1 and fully tailored. Semi-Private sessions are small groups where everyone follows an individualised program, with guidance and hands-on support throughout.

Is this suitable if I have an injury, hypermobility, or medical condition?
Yes – I work with clients managing a range of concerns, including back pain, joint instability, pelvic floor dysfunction, and hypermobility. As someone who is hypermobile myself, I have a deep appreciation for how to support and strengthen the body without aggravating symptoms.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. We ask that you bring a towel and wear grip socks if you have them (regular socks are fine too, but grip socks are ideal for stability).

What equipment do you use?
We use Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and small props to support and challenge your movement.
