Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're carrying unspoken stories, inner wounds, or a sense that something just isn’t right. Counselling offers a supportive, confidential space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

At Reflexions Holistic Wellness, my approach weaves together traditional counselling with body-based practices and psychoeducation. I support you not only to understand your patterns, but to feel and transform them from within.

My Approach

 

I work holistically, drawing from evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

 

Our sessions may include:

  • Somatic awareness – tuning into the wisdom of your body

  • Mindful breathing and grounding – to calm the nervous system and create safety

  • Inner child work – to heal early wounds and unmet needs

  • Psychoeducation – empowering you with knowledge about trauma, emotions, and the nervous system

I’m directive when needed, walking alongside you with gentle guidance - offering tools, insights, and embodied practices that support lasting change.

Who I work with

I work with adults who are ready to go deeper - whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, grief, or simply feeling stuck. Many of my clients are women in their 40s and beyond, seeking support through midlife and hormonal changes, but I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to be willing to show up - and I’ll meet you there.

What you can expect

Sessions are 60 minutes long and held in my calm, welcoming space in Fremantle.

 

We begin by getting clear on what’s most important to you and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I honour your story, your intuition, and your readiness.

Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a space to journey more deeply, I offer a grounded presence and a commitment to your growth.
